1. Acceptance
By accessing and using OSSLM, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Ownership and license
OSSLM, including software, design, content and trademarks, is owned by OneSubsea or its licensors. A limited, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted for authorized professional use.
3. Permitted use
The system is intended exclusively for authorized professional activities related to subsea operations and equipment maintenance. You must use personal, non-transferable credentials and keep your password confidential.
4. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to: access without authorization, share credentials, attempt to bypass security controls, introduce malware, bulk extract data without authorization, or use the platform for unlawful purposes or to harm OneSubsea or third parties.
5. Availability
OneSubsea strives to keep OSSLM available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violation of these terms or security reasons.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" for operational support. OneSubsea is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the system, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The last revision date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
