OSSLM is operated by OneSubsea. As data controller for personal data collected through this platform, OneSubsea processes information in compliance with applicable data protection legislation (including GDPR where applicable).

We may collect and process: identification data (name, email, phone), authentication data (encrypted credentials), usage data (access logs, platform actions), operational data entered in the platform (service orders, equipment, notes) and technical data (IP address, browser type, system logs).

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used for: authentication and access control, subsea maintenance operations management, communication with authorized users, platform security and audit, legal compliance and continuous service improvement.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract or professional relationship performance, OneSubsea's legitimate interests in secure platform operation and, where applicable, data subject consent.

5. Data sharing

Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with service providers supporting platform operation (hosting, email), always subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations, or when required by law.

6. Retention

Data is retained while the account is active and for the period necessary for operational, legal or audit purposes. After deactivation, data may be anonymized or deleted according to OneSubsea internal policies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, object to certain processing and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact your OSSLM administrator or OneSubsea privacy officer.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS encryption, role-based access controls, password policies and security monitoring.
