What is OSSLM?
OSSLM (OSS Live Monitoring) is the OneSubsea platform for monitoring and managing subsea equipment maintenance. It centralizes service orders, equipment, departments and teams in a secure environment.
Who can access the system?
Access is restricted to employees and partners authorized by OneSubsea. Each user receives credentials after an access request is approved or through an administrator invitation.
How do I request access?
On the sign-in page, click Request access, fill in your details, role and work departments. An administrator will review your request and, if approved, you will receive login credentials.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login page, use "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link by email. If email recovery is disabled by your administrator, contact internal OneSubsea support.
What are the password requirements?
Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. On first login you will be asked to set a new password.
Is my data secure?
Yes. OSSLM applies department and role-based access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and data retention policies aligned with our Privacy Policy.
Who do I contact for support?
For technical or access issues, contact your organization's OSSLM administrator or OneSubsea support through internal company channels.
